Anchorage Attorney Frank Nosek will lead a Basic Estate Plan seminar for local residents interested in completing three basic estate plan documents: the Will, Durable Power of Attorney, and Advanced Health Care Directive. The goal of the seminar is for individuals or couples to walk out the door with finalized documents notarized by on-site library staff.
The seminar will take place Saturday, April 6, from 1 to 4 pm at the Talkeetna Public Library. The seminar will be free of charge and includes document templates, but seating is limited. The event will be hosted by the Jessica Stevens Community Foundation.
